A1 Coordination was created out of a passion to set up services for people with a difference. Kristy knew that her previous business acumen would enable her to quickly and efficiently create a business that supports people in the right way. She got busy understanding the NDIS and its various advantages and went to work building her networks and starting to see clients and review their plans. She found that with compassion, commitment, integrity, and service, she could make a difference.

Kristy’s commitment to providing the highest standard of care led A1 Coordination to become a registered NDIS provider. Under her leadership, the company continues to uphold the principles of quality, integrity, and compassion, ensuring that every client receives the support they deserve.

Coordinating NDIS Client Plans is more than numbers and supports. It’s people’s lives and the lifestyle goals they want to achieve. We, outside of that world, cannot begin to imagine what a client will want or not. So we must acknowledge their individual goals and work with them to create a world they feel comfortable living in. 

Therefore when we work with families and clients, we listen and do the best on matching the supports needed with the lifestyle choices of our clients. This can change over time, therefore it is important that as a coordinator I am monitoring client needs and working with support workers to provide the right supports, at the right time, for the right need, within the plan that they have. 

This process can be a balancing act, but with professional help, we can work together and take the pressure and burden away from those suffering and start clients on a diverging pathway to a better and fulfilling life.
