Our services include:

  • Assistance with daily living activities - Support with personal care, showering, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. We also help with general household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping, ensuring your home remains comfortable and well-managed.
  • 24/7 Nursing Oversight - Our qualified nursing oversight ensures residents receive professional health monitoring, medication management, and specialised clinical care when required. This includes wound care, chronic condition management, and coordination with your GP or healthcare team to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.
  • Community participation and social inclusion - We support tenants to attend local activities, social events, education, volunteering, or work programs, helping you stay connected to your community and pursue your interests. We believe life is richer when you’re part of something bigger, and we’ll help make that happen.
  • Choice and control - You’re free to make your own choices about who provides your supports. Tenants can bring their own social, therapy, or community providers if they prefer, giving you flexibility and confidence in your daily life.
  • Skill-building and independence - We work alongside you to develop essential life skills, such as cooking, budgeting, communication, and self-care, helping you grow in confidence and take greater control of your daily routines.
  • Safety and wellbeing monitoring - Our team ensures your environment is secure, clean, and supportive of your physical and emotional wellbeing. Emergency response procedures are in place, and staff are trained to respond calmly and efficiently in all situations.

Housemate Selection Process

To ensure a great living experience, we follow a collaborative selection process:

  • Meet & Greet - Prospective tenants meet each other and share their preferences.
  • Compatibility Check - We gather feedback to ensure a good fit for all housemates.
  • Move-in & Settle - Once approved, transition into the home is smooth and supported.
